As a Sales Assistant, you will be a pivotal part of our sales team, supporting strategic initiatives and helping to build strong client relationships. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the growth of our business in the technology and CDN sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Sales Strategies:
Assist the sales team in executing sales strategies, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
2. Client Support:
Act as a primary contact for clients, managing daily communications and ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
3. Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with Client Support and Product teams to align efforts and maintain a cohesive approach towards meeting client needs and business goals.
4. Market Trend Analysis:
Stay informed on the latest developments in the CDN and tech sectors to provide valuable insights that help the team remain competitive.
5. Data Tracking & Reporting:
Collect and analyze sales data, identify trends, and present findings to assist the team in making data-driven decisions.
Experience & Skills Required:
1. Tech-Savvy:
Familiarity with technology, particularly in the CDN or cloud services space, and the ability to quickly grasp and respond to client requirements.
2. Strategic Support:
Previous experience in supporting or developing sales and marketing strategies, with a knack for identifying areas of improvement.
3. Strong Communicator:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
4. Data-Driven:
Proficient in analyzing sales data, recognizing patterns, and leveraging insights to support informed business decisions.

Pay: RM1,082.32 - RM7,432.47 per month
