Payroll
- Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in wages, deductions, and compliance with tax laws.
- Maintain payroll records, reconcile data, and handle employee inquiries.
- Prepare payroll reports and coordinate with finance for budgeting.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Utilize job portals and social media for hiring and employer branding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and external recruiters.
- Maintain recruitment records and assist with onboarding and career events.
HR Operations
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and support HR initiatives.
- Oversee office space management for a safe work environment.
- Handle performance management, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Support employee engagement, events, and administrative HR tasks.
- Identify process improvements and assist with ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a full-spectrum HR role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and the Employment Act.
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (written & spoken).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
