Payroll

  • Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in wages, deductions, and compliance with tax laws.
  • Maintain payroll records, reconcile data, and handle employee inquiries.
  • Prepare payroll reports and coordinate with finance for budgeting.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Utilize job portals and social media for hiring and employer branding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and external recruiters.
  • Maintain recruitment records and assist with onboarding and career events.

HR Operations

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and support HR initiatives.
  • Oversee office space management for a safe work environment.
  • Handle performance management, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Support employee engagement, events, and administrative HR tasks.
  • Identify process improvements and assist with ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a full-spectrum HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and the Employment Act.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (written & spoken).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
