Job Description :
- Assist in handling accounts receivable (AR), ensuring timely collection and record-keeping.
- Manage filing and documentation for invoices, receipts, and other financial records.
- Handle petty cash, including tracking expenses and preparing reports.
- Prepare and submit daily closing reports for financial monitoring.
- Support the Account Executive in finance-related administrative tasks.
- Verify and reconcile customer payments with invoices.
- Assist in basic data entry and updating accounting records.
- Liaise with customers for payment follow-ups when necessary.
- Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and accounting standards.
- Perform other related finance and administrative duties as assigned.
