  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview
We are looking for a HR Manager to lead recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition – Develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage the hiring process, and collaborate with department heads on staffing needs.
  • Employee Relations – Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, handle grievances, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management – Implement appraisal systems, support managers in performance-related matters, and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Training & Development – Assess training needs, coordinate sessions, and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • HR Compliance & Administration – Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws, maintain employee records, and stay updated on legal changes.
  • Compensation & Benefits – Oversee salary benchmarking, benefits enrollment, and ensure competitive compensation structures.
  • HR Strategy & Projects – Lead HR projects, provide insights to management, and align HR practices with business goals.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
