  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to oversee the full recruitment cycle, meet client expectations, and achieve performance targets. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and adept at building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, CV submissions, interview arrangements, and billings.
  • Meet and exceed individual KPI targets for CV submissions, calls, and interview sessions.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key account clients.
  • Adapt to client requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Identify and resolve recruitment challenges efficiently.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of applicants, hires, and recruitment costs for analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
