The Position

Job Purpose

We are seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented RPAP Intern to join our Roche Patient Assistance Program (RPAP) team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the execution of RPAP and making a difference to patient’s lives. This role will be supporting the patient’s journey throughout the program while compliantly improving access of Roche products to patients in Malaysia.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Operational Excellence:

  • Assist in updating patient information and treatment cycles accurately into Roche electronic systems.

  • Review and tagging of supporting documents via various channels.

  • Generating acknowledgement letters for eligible patients

  • Review source documents for potential reports of adverse events and product complaints.

  • Support general administrative duties such as filing documents, distributing documents to hospitals, collection of signed forms from hospitals and other data management.

Others:

  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as required by the business.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • High level of integrity as maintenance of confidentiality of all customers and patients personal data is utmost important.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Expertise

Education/Qualification:

  • Minimum SPM, IGCSE or equivalent certification is required

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other basic computer software/applications.
