  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Qualification

  • Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any equivalent qualification.
  • Preferable Chargeman A0 and above.
  • Minimum 6 - 8 years’ experience in maintenance in managerial
  • Leadership, management skills, attention to detail, decision making, reliable, team player & cost efficiency.
  • Excellent communication & able to start immediately will be an added advantage.

Job Description

  • Perform daily checking around in the Club with reports.
  • Supervise general contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality work is carried out cost-effectively.
  • Monitor the maintenance of all audio and video equipment systems to ensure they are always in good condition.
  • To ensure Key Performance Indicators for the Maintenance Department and take corrective action to improve equipment inventory.
  • Compliance with all safety and security rules and regulation.
  • Manage, lead and train the maintenance team on their daily routines and responsibilities.
  • Prepare budget for maintenance and monitor maintenance expenses.
  • Report and analyze breakdown and develop action plan.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
