
Sr HR Executive (Recruitment & Training)
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
· Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
· Utilize various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
· Build and maintain relationships with universities, industry associations, and other talent pipelines to proactively source candidates.
· Conduct reference checks and coordinate background checks for selected candidates.
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
· Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes in employment legislation to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
· Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and facilitate a smooth transition into the organization.
· To execute Training & Development administration (registration, payments, HRDC grant application & claim processing, etc.)
· To ensure both Recruitment and Training reports are prepared and submitted timely every month for Management meetings.
