Mobile network technical support/FAE
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Network Technical Support/FAE to join our dynamic development team. Mobile Network Technical Support/FAE, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and outstanding customer support for users of our roaming eSIM services, ensuring seamless connectivity and resolving issues related to eSIM activation, data usage, and network connectivity. The Technical Support Specialist serves as the first point of contact for customers encountering technical issues and plays a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in mobile network related job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through eSIM activation, installation, and configuration on iOS and Android devices.
- Assist users in setting up APN configurations, resolving data connection issues, and understanding network compatibility.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to connectivity, roaming failures, VoLTE, and emergency call capabilities.
- Utilize issue tracking/ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Notion to manage and resolve support tickets.
- Document recurring issues and solutions to contribute to the internal knowledge base and FAQs.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues for future reference.
- Handle inquiries about data usage, validity periods, and roaming coverage.
- Monitor network status and proactively identify issues affecting multiple users.
- Liaise with network operators and eSIM platform providers to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Log and report issue to network providers
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong knowledge of eSIM, mobile networks, and roaming protocols.
- Experience troubleshooting APN settings, VoLTE, data sessions, and connectivity issues.
- Must possess at least Diploma or equivalent related to Information Technology.
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated - able to work independently and be trusted to complete daily tasks.
- Proficient in using IT gadgets in iOS, Android and Windows.
- General knowledge of computer systems, software (including Microsoft Office products), website browsers, and web-based Applications.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral in English.
- 1-3 years of testing experience required.
- Must be willing to relocate to Johor Bahru (relocation allowance provided for candidate who is not from Johor Bahru).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
