- Strategic Planning & Execution: Plan and execute initiatives and projects tailored to specific segments
- Product Penetration: Drive efforts to increase Assets Under Management (AUM)
- Client Retention: Develop and implement innovative retention strategies to deepen client engagement and minimize churn
- Proposition Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and enhance segment-led propositions that meet client needs
- Performance Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates on segment performance, analyzing data to identify trends and suggest actionable areas for improvement
- Market Insights: Stay informed about market landscape insights and analytics to ensure our business remains competitive and relevant
- Process Improvement: Implement new capabilities and refine internal processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent from a recognized University with at least 3 years of working experience in the related field
- Familiarity with products and services for HNW and affluent segments
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Creative with ability to think outside the box to find solutions to overcome challenges
- An eye for analytics, with the ability to extract insights from data and then present them with clear conclusions
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office word, excel & power point
- Self-motivated and resourceful
