  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Objective

  • Responsible for overseeing the management, development, and enhancement of Management Information Systems (MIS) within the organization. This role will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, ensuring data quality, and implementing systems that provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Also be responsible for driving continuous improvements in the reporting processes and ensuring that MIS aligns with the organization’s strategic goals.

Job Description

  • Lead the IT Department, overseeing the development of annual business plans, managing financial and ensuring the achievement of performance targets across all IT functions.
  • Ensure users are adequately supported by IT services for their day-to-day operation.
  • Manage the organization ERP System, including issue resolution, reporting, and strategic planning for system upgrades, vendor selection, and implementation of enhancements.
  • Oversee network infrastructure management, ensuring the availability, security, and scalability of LAN/WAN systems.
  • Ensure continuous improvement and upgrading of IT Infrastructure, software, and processes to meet evolving business needs and regulatory requirement.
  • Ensure periodic backup on all production servers are in optimal condition, and perform data restore when required.
  • Implement disaster recovery plans and ensure business continuity through robust IT infrastructure and support services.
  • Develop, maintain and implement IT Policy to safeguard the organization digital assets, including proactive monitoring, threat detection, and incident response.
  • Perform quarterly compliance review with Regional Internal Control team.
  • Manage IT assets and IT budget.
  • Manage solution partners to meet KPI and SLA as per agreed framework.
  • Carry out additional duties and tasks as directed by Management.

Requirement

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Knowledge on server, storage, network topologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamic BC.
  • Strong people-skills; a good communicator, listener and someone who can express their requirements concisely and accurately.
  • Has experience managing a team.
  • Expertise in managing external vendors, implementation partners and contracts, with focus on cost reduction, process standardization and simplification.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
