
Customer Service Callback Agent- Salary + Allowance (Petaling Jaya)
Principal Activities & Job Scope:
1. Call Management: Receive and dispatch customer calls using the company system, adhering to established Call Center processes.
2. Professional Interaction: Maintain a professional attitude in all interactions with customers and Existing Installations Technicians.
3. Job Assignment Accuracy: Work closely with the operations team to ensure accurate job assignment by verifying the on-duty technician daily.
4. Reporting Management: Manage daily callbacks and shutdown reports to maintain operational oversight.
5. Escalation Process: Follow the defined escalation process to ensure customer complaints and calls are managed effectively and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Proficient in the English language
- Able to work in rotational shifts
- Punctual and reliable
