Role Summary

  • Ensures high standards of cleanliness and comfort in line with the hotel’s policies.
  • Oversees and manages daily housekeeping operations.
  • Supervises housekeeping team members.
  • Ensures cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Manages inventory and supplies.
  • Coordinates with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and experience.

Position Specification / Requirements

Education:

  • Diploma in Hotel Management or an equivalent qualification.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star hotel/resort.
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, including guest floors, public areas, and laundry.
  • Strong operational & technical expertise.
  • Pre-opening experience is preferred.
  • Willing to relocate/work in Muar, Johor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
