Role Summary

Position Specification / Requirements
Education:
- Diploma in Hotel Management or an equivalent qualification.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star hotel/resort.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, including guest floors, public areas, and laundry.
- Strong operational & technical expertise.
- Pre-opening experience is preferred.
- Willing to relocate/work in Muar, Johor.
