We're hiring: Sales Support Associate!
Are you a detail-oriented, proactive individual with a passion for sales operations and customer management? This could be the perfect role for you!
Location: Menara Great Eastern 2, Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur
Employment Type: 12-month contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewable based on performance)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
Salary: RM3,500 - RM4,500 (based on experience + skills)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support sales teams with order processing, managing customer quotes & handling queries
- Work with stakeholders across Malaysia, Singapore, Australia & New Zealand
- Manage customer usage reporting & renewal operations
- Process sales orders, upsells & downsells
- Use Salesforce & Renewtrak to track and resolve sales-related inquiries
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in a relevant field
- 1 -2 years of working experience in sales support function
- Strong organizational & problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal & written English communication
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience working with Office 360 tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Salesforce experience is a plus!
