  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

We're hiring: Sales Support Associate!

Are you a detail-oriented, proactive individual with a passion for sales operations and customer management? This could be the perfect role for you!

Location: Menara Great Eastern 2, Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur

Employment Type: 12-month contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewable based on performance)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

Salary: RM3,500 - RM4,500 (based on experience + skills)

Benefits: Statutory contributions, leave entitlements, medical insurance

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support sales teams with order processing, managing customer quotes & handling queries
  • Work with stakeholders across Malaysia, Singapore, Australia & New Zealand
  • Manage customer usage reporting & renewal operations
  • Process sales orders, upsells & downsells
  • Use Salesforce & Renewtrak to track and resolve sales-related inquiries

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in a relevant field
  • 1 -2 years of working experience in sales support function
  • Strong organizational & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal & written English communication
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience working with Office 360 tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Salesforce experience is a plus!
