  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Location: Sunway Pinnacle, Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Contract: 12 months with PERSOLKELLY
Working Hours: Choose from flexible shifts:
(5:30 AM – 2:30 PM / 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM / 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM / 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM / 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
Salary: RM4,000 – RM7,000 (Based on experience & qualifications)
Interview Mode: Virtual

What You’ll Do:

  • Process orders, consignment fill-ups, billing, and returns
  • Manage product recalls – from collection to replacement
  • Generate essential reports to keep operations running smoothly
  • Maintain accurate transaction records for audit compliance
  • Handle customer inquiries – pricing, delivery updates, changes, and backorders

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Business, Logistics, or related fields
  • Experience in end-to-end order management (Medical Technology industry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain operations (Warehouse, Transportation, Customer Service)
  • Expertise in SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • A customer-focused mindset with great problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
