WE'RE HIRING:Customer Service Representative

Location: Menara Great Eastern 2, Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary & Benefits: RM3,500 - RM4,500 (Based on experience & skills) + Statutory contributions + leave entitlement + Medical insurance

Employment Type: 12-month contract with PERSOLKELLY

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online channels
  • Provide support & advice to customers using company products & services
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently within service level agreements
  • Assist with onboarding new users (provisioning accounts, guiding platform access)
  • Investigate & troubleshoot issues, ensuring quick resolution or escalation
  • Support the sales team with customer inquiries & account renewals
  • Maintain CRM data (Salesforce experience is a plus!)
  • Manage service recovery follow-ups & outbound calls

What We’re Looking For:

  • Min. Diploma (Degree preferred)
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strong investigative & problem-solving skills
  • Experience in contract renewal processes (advantageous)
  • First-level technical support experience – troubleshooting & escalation
  • High degree of computer literacy (Salesforce experience is a bonus!)
  • Professional telephone manner & active listening skills
