Job Scope of Takaful Consultant for PruBSN Takaful :

  • Build strong customer relationships that retain and increase customers' wealth in financial planning services.
  • Identify market segmentation and initiate contact for data collection.
  • Analyze data to identify the current financial situation.
  • Propose the recommendation based on current financial situation to achieve specific financial goal.
  • Implement the recommendation and start monitoring the financial goal.
  • Identify suitable candidates and set up an interview for selection process.
  • Train and develop the candidates to become a young manager who are capable in financial planning services and leader in industry.

The Process

  • Training provided weekly (Part time position) or daily (Full time position).
  • Tool set will be provided to ease the closing activity.
  • Digital tools (App) will be provided.

Part Time also welcome.

Elite Development Programme

  • Basic from RM2,000 - RM4,000 per month for Full Time position.
  • Min Diploma.
  • Age 21 - 40.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
