ADMIN CLERK / SALES ADMIN
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in any discipline or equivalent
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Have basic computer skill
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Dynamic and self-motivated person.
- Able to work independently, mature and has pleasant personality
- Possess high sense of responsibilities, Detail-oriented and able to work at own initiative
- Able to work 6 days a week
Responsibilities:
- To perform daily administrative work, admin records and related documents including answer call, maintenance of office equipment and etc.
- To response emails, whatsapp and enquiries
- To maintain a proper and updated filing system for accounting records in the form of softcopy & hardcopy.
- To assist in documentation of sales administration including issue payment receipt and sales invoice, etc..
- To perform basic data entry
- To perform ad-hoc task as and when required
