Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma in any discipline or equivalent
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Have basic computer skill
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Dynamic and self-motivated person.
  • Able to work independently, mature and has pleasant personality
  • Possess high sense of responsibilities, Detail-oriented and able to work at own initiative
  • Able to work 6 days a week

Responsibilities:

  • To perform daily administrative work, admin records and related documents including answer call, maintenance of office equipment and etc.
  • To response emails, whatsapp and enquiries
  • To maintain a proper and updated filing system for accounting records in the form of softcopy & hardcopy.
  • To assist in documentation of sales administration including issue payment receipt and sales invoice, etc..
  • To perform basic data entry
  • To perform ad-hoc task as and when required
