Responsibilities:
- Handle customers and members enquiries or feedbacks through email and phone call;
- Prepare monthly report;
- Prepare relevant correspondence and gift voucher;
- Data entry for membership renewal, new membership application, update of members’ personal particular, etc.
Requirements:
- SPM or Diploma holder in any relevant field;
- Preferably candidates with at least 1 year of working experience in customer service field;
- Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage;
- Possess good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels of people;
- Computer literate.
