  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

We are progressive Telecommunications company developing and marketing a new range of AI related products as well as our regular products. We are in the midst of building a formidable team of Call Centre Specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling & Lead Generation

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to potential customers using a provided list or self-researched contacts. (100 calls/day)
  • Identify key decision-makers and introduce them to our products/services.
  • Overcome objections and handle rejections professionally.

Appointment Scheduling

  • Book meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads. (4 appointments booked per day)
  • Maintain an organized calendar and ensure smooth handover of leads to sales representatives.
  • Follow up with prospects via phone and email to confirm meetings.

Database Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and scheduled meetings in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on call metrics, conversions, and feedback from potential customers.
  • Update and refine call scripts based on performance and feedback.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead transition.
  • Gather insights from customer interactions to help refine sales strategies.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss challenges and improve call effectiveness.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a call center environment (preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and call tracking tools is a plus.
- Ability to meet and exceed call and appointment targets.

- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
