Job Description:
As a Human Resource/Admin Intern, you will assist the company in various tasks related to recruitment, employee engagement, and general administration. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and develop key HR skills in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Help with HR documentation, policies, and compliance-related tasks.
- Respond to employee inquiries and assist with HR-related issues.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Support HR in attendance reporting.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
The position is open at Orient Telecoms KL office and at Asrix Prime Berhad Subang Jaya office. One intern in each location.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM500.00 - RM600.00 per month
