What you'll be doing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger
- Process invoices, payments and receipts in a timely manner
- Assist with bank reconciliations and prepare financial reports
- Provide administrative support, such as managing files, scheduling appointments and responding to queries
- Support the preparation of financial statements and tax returns
- Assist on any ad-hoc job duties given by superior from time to time
What we're looking for
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
- Strong proficiency in accounting software, such as Quickbooks or Xero
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Solid administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
