What you'll be doing

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger
  • Process invoices, payments and receipts in a timely manner
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and prepare financial reports
  • Provide administrative support, such as managing files, scheduling appointments and responding to queries
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and tax returns
  • Assist on any ad-hoc job duties given by superior from time to time

What we're looking for

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software, such as Quickbooks or Xero
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Solid administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
