We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to be based in Shah Alam.
Requirements & Job Scope:
- 4+ years of experience in order and invoice processing.
- Mandatory knowledge in e-invoicing.
- Can be from any industry background.
- Handle incoming calls.
- Log down customer issues.
- Assign Technician to attend to customer issues.
- Bill customers.
- Process orders & arrange for delivery.
- Education: at least a Diploma.
- Willing to work in Shah Alam.
