We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to be based in Shah Alam.

Requirements & Job Scope:

  • 4+ years of experience in order and invoice processing.
  • Mandatory knowledge in e-invoicing.
  • Can be from any industry background.
  • Handle incoming calls.
  • Log down customer issues.
  • Assign Technician to attend to customer issues.
  • Bill customers.
  • Process orders & arrange for delivery.
  • Education: at least a Diploma.
  • Willing to work in Shah Alam.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
