  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Global Supply Chain Engineering team in rolling out key initiatives across the company, focusing on integrating processes throughout the supply chain, optimizing manufacturing workflows, and streamlining operations.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts in process improvement, digitalization, advanced analytics, and AI in the supply chain, fostering a culture of innovation and developing necessary skills. Manage data governance across sites, oversee process changes, handle requests, and guide projects to meet process goals while creating strategic plans.
  • Oversee and maintain global policies and procedures, encourage knowledge sharing and training, and promote continuous improvements to centralize business process documentation and support audits.
  • Provide ongoing support for operational issues, addressing knowledge gaps, system integration challenges, and process inefficiencies by working with experts to develop solutions and lead task forces when necessary.
  • Develop and implement standardized guidelines and a collaborative platform for change management across projects. Establish a central solution for managing change, ensure consistent execution of change management processes, and monitor adherence to process standards.
  • Assist the supply chain team in developing and delivering analytical solutions, from model building and data mining to transforming insights into actionable plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Information Technology or equivalent specializing in process/system automation & digitalization.
  • More than 5 years of experience in a related business analysis role.
  • Experience with SAP APO, Revenue and Supply chain (S&OP, ERP) databases.
  • Knowledge in SQL, Tableau, Business Objects, SAP and MES software.
  • Highly organize and objective driven personality with good people management and interpersonal skill.
  • Experience in Project Management will be added advantage.
  • Passionate with data and process optimization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and objective driven personality. Excellent communication/interpersonal skills and good team player.
  • Preferably a candidate with experience in the OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
