HR Shared Services Manager
Job Summary:
Responsible to assist the HR Director on all aspects of the Payroll Operations - Malaysia Human Resources (EBSC Malaysia – HR) organization which will cover global service delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Focused on operational excellence in the delivery of HR solutions, partnering with country HR, Corporate HR and other functional teams.
- Continuous process improvements and be part of key global HR projects to support the further development of the HR operations.
- Payroll Operations:
o Lead regional payroll, time and attendance and statutory processing, to maintain compliance to legal, fiscal and regulatory requirement.
o Key partner in centralized reporting for personnel costs management and forecast initiatives.
- Process Efficiency and Automation
o Global / Regional Process Owner for processes as defined and assigned by Corporate HR office.
o Partner to align peers and team-mates across geographies on common ways of working, process improvements and initiatives.
o Review processes and identify opportunity for process improvement.
o Partner cross functional to address operational requirements and compliance.
o Point of Contact for automation initiatives for the Function as assigned by Corporate Office.
o Influence and partner with all required business partners to drive process, system and organizational changes successfully.
- Service Delivery
o Ensure the team members to deliver a comprehensive set of performance metrics.
o Investigate and resolve complex issues that arise regarding policies, processes and practices.
o Plan and execute to HR processes transition to the EBSC - Malaysia HR team.
o Oversee HR customer service and operational delivery to regional HR customers, monitoring inquiries and internal customer satisfaction and providing escalated support as needed.
- Ensure compliance to all audits, certification on Payroll Operations processes and services delivered in the EBSC -Malaysia HR.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, additional HR certifications are an added advantage.
- 10 to 12 years of overall HR experience, with at least 7 years of experience in an HR Shared Services organization which includes centralized payroll administration and operations.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience, leading a team of 5 - 10 members.
- Certification and expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) are an added advantage.
- Experienced leading and driving in service migration projects in a matrixed organization.
- Experienced running HR Operations including but not limited to Talent Services, Total Rewards Services, Time and Attendance and Payroll administration.

Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
