Responsibilities:
- Prepare official documentation including tenders, proposals, new customer registrations, and quotations in accordance with customer requirements.
- Coordinate and provide necessary documents to the Operations Team for shipment arrangements.
- Serve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys as per schedule.
- Prepare Job Orders for daily shipments and coordinate with relevant departments for shipment arrangements.
- Liaise with customers and internal teams (Operations and Forwarding) to ensure smooth and timely shipment coordination.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to shipment discrepancies or delays.
- Manage payment requests and handle other payment-related tasks associated with shipments.
- Follow up on customer feedback and continuously improve customer service processes.
- Undertake other duties as requested by the department head or management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Logistic / Transportation or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
