Responsibilities:

  • Prepare official documentation including tenders, proposals, new customer registrations, and quotations in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Coordinate and provide necessary documents to the Operations Team for shipment arrangements.
  • Serve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys as per schedule.
  • Prepare Job Orders for daily shipments and coordinate with relevant departments for shipment arrangements.
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams (Operations and Forwarding) to ensure smooth and timely shipment coordination.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to shipment discrepancies or delays.
  • Manage payment requests and handle other payment-related tasks associated with shipments.
  • Follow up on customer feedback and continuously improve customer service processes.
  • Undertake other duties as requested by the department head or management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Logistic / Transportation or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
