  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

JOB SUMMARY

  • Preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials.
  • On-going cost analysis of maintenance and repair work.
  • Identify causes of Building defects and suggest remedies.
  • To check on changes of designs to assess the effect of costs.
  • Assisting in establishing a client's requirement and undertaking feasibility studies.
  • Analysing completed work and arranging payment to contractors.
  • To prepare a monthly cash-flow forecast.
  • Site visit and communicate with the architects, engineers, builders, contractors and project owner
  • Cover QS/AQS scope of work when necessary

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent (construction, civil and structural engineering).
  • 2 year of exposure and working experience as Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
  • Experience in Construction or related industries are strongly preferred.
  • General interest in waterproofing specialization.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software's i.e. Microsoft, AutoCAD

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,400.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
