  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB SUMMARY

  • This position is a technical support position at the Sarawak Campus. The position will be responsible for areas as designated by the Manager, Information Technology (IT) Unit. These include:
  • Assist in maintaining and supporting the organisation’s IT infrastructure, including network systems, on premises servers, and cloud-based platforms; and
  • Ensure operational continuity, system performance, and secure IT environments while providing technical support and contributing to on-going infrastructure improvement initiatives

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or other related discipline from a recognised institution; or
  • A Diploma in IT, Computer Science or other related discipline with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience.
  • Fresh degree holders in relevant discipline can be considered.
  • Experience with patch management, backup processes, and system monitoring tools.
  • Basic experience in deploying, managing, and monitoring cloud resources (e.g. virtual machines, databases, storage.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to network, systems, and cloud environment.
  • Basic understanding of IT security practices, including access control, firewalls, encryption, and data protection.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
