JOB SUMMARY
- Ensure Marketing strategies and initiatives and new business development plan are always aligned with the vision, mission, and core values of the College.
- Ensure all Marketing strategies and initiative are effective and efficient delivering appropriate results for the continuous growth of the College student population.
- Create and ensure messaging within the College and with external parties is led to effective business growth for the College.
- Connect with medias and build/maintain good relationship with them.
- Supervise and groom your subordinates.
- Ensure the smooth operation of all marketing and business development initiatives
- Identify new education business opportunities through collaboration and new programmes offered.
- Evaluate existing partnerships and marketing efforts with an eye toward building on what works and changing what does not.
- Manage key client relationships and work to build new ones.
- Expand the profile and reach of the college and its brands.
- Lead sales, marketing, customer service and client relationship teams.
- Develop and strengthen internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation and market share.
- Build cross-functional teams to guide and nourish sustainable, long-term growth.
- Track emerging market and trends.
- Foster and work to maintain an entrepreneurial growth culture throughout the College and across all teams and work functions.
- Identify and recommend new opportunities for growth.
- Propose and develop strategic partnerships.
- Provide input into the College’s long-term objectives and determine plans for how to meet them.
- Research and identify new markets.
- Provide advice on product development and distribution and promotion strategies.
- Identify sponsorship opportunities, including non-profit engagement.
- Conduct webinars and presentations to raise the brand or product profile.
- Supervise, train and motivate subordinates to perform assigned responsibilities and to achieve targets.
- Conduct periodic review and appraisal of your subordinates in their performance and to identify areas for improvements and staff development.
- To perform any other duties as and when assigned by the direct superior or the Senior/Management Team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 7 years experience in the education industry will be an added advantage
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in guiding teams and multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
