Job Description:
- To assist Purchasing Manager in all the purchasing related functions such as managing supplier, quotation, negotiate price, follow-up on delivery, etc.
- Preparing purchase order, delivery order, and any other documents necessary for import clearance with the relevant authority.
- Be able to interact and coordinate well with personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies.
- Liaise and work closely with suppliers on the purchasing schedule and on time delivery.
- Maintain complete updated purchasing records and pricing in the system.
- Responsible to ensure purchasing documentation in accordance to company’s policy and procedure conform to ISO standard requirements
- Preparation of purchasing reports.
Job Requirement:
- Possess at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Purchasing/Business Administration or its equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years working experience.
- Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines and work with minimum supervision.
- Good analytical and numerical skills and able to communicate with all levels.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Excel & Word.
