Job Description:

  • To assist Purchasing Manager in all the purchasing related functions such as managing supplier, quotation, negotiate price, follow-up on delivery, etc.
  • Preparing purchase order, delivery order, and any other documents necessary for import clearance with the relevant authority.
  • Be able to interact and coordinate well with personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies.
  • Liaise and work closely with suppliers on the purchasing schedule and on time delivery.
  • Maintain complete updated purchasing records and pricing in the system.
  • Responsible to ensure purchasing documentation in accordance to company’s policy and procedure conform to ISO standard requirements
  • Preparation of purchasing reports.

Job Requirement:

  • Possess at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Purchasing/Business Administration or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 years working experience.
  • Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines and work with minimum supervision.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills and able to communicate with all levels.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Excel & Word.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
