
Sales & Marketing Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
(i) Sales
- Strategic Sales Management planning:
· Develop, implement and review sales strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
· Work closely with Top Management to understand organizational goals and provide sales support accordingly.
· Work closely together with the Operation Manager and or Outlet Manager in the planning of sales strategies.
· Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and understand Company’s position in the Karaoke industry through research and analysis of various sales options to obtain strategic decision making.
· Prepare Monthly report through research, analysis and present it to Top Management.
· Negotiate contracts and sales packages to ensure mutual benefit both for Company and Customer.
2. Establish and Develop relationship:-
· Identify and target new customers through few methods including cold calling, networking and industry events.
· Attend to new and existing customer enquiries through phone call, Whatsapp and Email.
· Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
· Understand Customer’s needs and provide advice on suitable services for their events.
· Liaise with Operation Manager and or Outlet Manager as well as Suppliers for event arrangement.
3. Stay informed on trends:
· Keep abreast of industry trends, market activities and competitor strategies to identify product improvements or new offerings.
(ii) Marketing
1. Strategic Marketing Management planning:
· Develop, implement and review marketing strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
· Work closely with Operation Manager and or Outlet Manager in the planning of Marketing strategies.
2. Digital Marketing:
· Utilize digital marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, online advertising in order to enhance the Company’s online presence.
· Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance metrics.
3. Content Creation:
· Create engaging content for marketing materials including brochures, presentations and website content and social media content.
· Ensure that marketing materials are in line with the Company’s brand messaging.
4. Lead Generation:
· Implement lead generation strategies to attract and nurture potential clients.
· Work with the marketing team to develop and optimize lead generation campaigns.
Succession Planning:
· Able to identify a suitable candidate and train to takeover as potential Sales and Marketing Manager.
Any adhoc tasks required by Direct Superior.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
