
Interior Designer
1. Project Timeliness
· Meeting Drawing Design deadlines.
· Draft Bill of Quantity (BQ) and finalise quotation discussion with Contractors.
· Collaborate with architects, contractors and other professionals to ensure the seamless execution of the design plan which adheres to the timeliness and quality standards.
· Complete renovation and handover Outlet key to Operation Department within the timeline.
· Meeting overall Project Final deadlines.
2. Handling Layout Plans and Drawings
· Create design concepts that align with the client’s goals, considering factors like theme, ambiance and target customers.
· Align interior designs with the brand identity of the establishment, incorporating logos, colour schemes and other branding elements seamlessly into the overall design.
· Include in creativity, functionality, practicality and affordability elements into the design concept and development.
· Develop layouts that optimize the use of space, ensuring a seamless flow for customers and staff while also considering accessibility and safety regulations
· Communicate and collaborate with Management and related parties in the whole process of layout plan and drawings.
3. Budget Management
· Handle overall project within the budget provided in the beginning of the project.
· Work within specified budgets, sourcing cost-effective yet high quality materials and furnishings to achieve the desired design.
4. Quality of Deliverables
· The final outcome must be accurate and precise following the approved layout plan.
· The final outcome must follow standard regulations and guidelines by Authority.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
