The Communications Executive will support the Senior Communications Executive in executing communication strategies, handling external stakeholder engagements, managing internal communication initiatives and contributing to crisis communication efforts.

This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining the company's reputation and enhancing its communication objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in carrying out all activities, events, and campaigns organized by the Communications department.
  • Support and execute initiatives or projects as instructed by the Senior Communications Executive.
  • Assist in drafting and developing content for both internal and external events/projects under the guidance of the Senior Communications Executive.
  • Organize events and projects independently and ensure successful completion through to the end
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior or management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or other equivalent fields.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in media, communications, marketing, branding, event management or public relations activities, preferably in corporate setting.
  • Able to work in Bukit Bintang, KL.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
