1. ripping solid wood to required size, planning works & preparing the batches of wood to size & transfer to hr next division who will process the wood to components.

2. must have experience in various wood processes to convert wood lumber to components & lastly assembling components, example, assembling components to form a chair or a coffee table. Must also have experience to lead & manage several team of assemblers.

3. has experience in assembling of panel furniture, knowledge of edge banding machine, multi-bore machine & assembling of panels into cabinets/buffets. Must also have experience to lead & manage several teams of woodworkers & assemblers.
