  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Purpose:

Assist Business Development Manager to support Company's business growth by pursuing new strategic business development initiatives for the purpose of pipeline creation and business sustainability. The role includes evaluating potential development through assessment and viability study from design, technical, financial and commercial point of views.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Scouting & Acquisition

  • Identify and evaluate potential club locations.
  • Conduct on-ground visits and assessments.
  • Build relationships with landlords, mall operators, and real estate agents.

Market & Data Analysis

  • Update and maintain the administrative site inventory.
  • Work on proprietary gap maps to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Conduct basic mapping to assess site viability and competitor landscape.

Franchise & Real Estate Support

  • Create one-pager presentations for real estate opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing site justifications for franchise sales pitches.
  • Provide real estate insights and recommendations to franchisees.

Coordination & Documentation

  • Track lease negotiations and maintain communication with agents.
  • Organize and update key documents related to site selection.
  • Ensure timely reporting on site status and acquisition progress.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong interest in real estate, market research, and business development.
  • Ability to work independently and conduct site visits.
  • Basic proficiency in mapping tools and administrative tracking.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Preferably 1-3 years of experience in real estate, leasing, or a related field.
