Senior E-Commerce Executive
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all materials for eCommerce listings, including product photos, descriptions, and marketing strategies.
Lead and execute promotional plans and marketing campaigns to drive online sales and engagement.
Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to improve eCommerce strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and logistics, to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Identify and implement process improvements for eCommerce operations and digital marketing initiatives.
Meet KPIs and targets set by the company, with regular monthly reviews and corrective actions as needed.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce operations or digital marketing.
- Proficiency with eCommerce platforms and marketplace management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize sales performance.
- Detail-oriented, particularly with numbers and inventory management.
- Excellent multitasking, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
