  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handling account payable

  • Issuance & monitoring 'critical supplier' payment
  • Issue payment for vendor - ensure complete document attached & follow payment term
  • Record & issuance payment for branches vendor
  • Issue payment for COD vendor
  • Record TT made for spare parts purchasing

2. Admin

  • Assign payment signatory – record each payment out for signatory
  • Activate cheque number
  • Renew Bank Guarantee
  • Request pre-printed cheque (HQ)
  • Filling payment voucher after closing

3. Tax matters

  • Witholdings tax, royalty

4. Others

  • Liaise with auditor
  • Annual stock check
  • Creditor’s reconciliation & confirmation balance
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior

Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
