Job Responsibilities:
1. Handling account payable
- Issuance & monitoring 'critical supplier' payment
- Issue payment for vendor - ensure complete document attached & follow payment term
- Record & issuance payment for branches vendor
- Issue payment for COD vendor
- Record TT made for spare parts purchasing
2. Admin
- Assign payment signatory – record each payment out for signatory
- Activate cheque number
- Renew Bank Guarantee
- Request pre-printed cheque (HQ)
- Filling payment voucher after closing
3. Tax matters
- Witholdings tax, royalty
4. Others
- Liaise with auditor
- Annual stock check
- Creditor’s reconciliation & confirmation balance
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
