REQUIREMENT:

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering or in a related equivalent;
  • At least 1-2 years working experience
  • Candidate from Johor Bahru is an advantage
  • 1 position available.

JOB DECSRIPTION:

  • To assist Contract & Procurement Manager, Sr Quantity Surveyor & Executive in administrative works at Contract Department;
  • To assist Contract & Procurement Executive in preparing tender bidding which include request for quotation from suppliers, and to finalize the tender document till submission;
  • To manage tender/quotation purchase session and documents preparation;
  • To assist in preparation of sub-contractor’s Letter Award for Open Tender, Selective Tender, Direct Award and Vote Tender;
  • Fax, scan, photocopy and bind documents as instructed (Letter Award, Court Case, letter to Clients, etc);
  • Handle and perform general administrative tasks for Contract department including office cleanliness;
  • Regularly check stationeries inventory, pantry supplies, company’s assets, office equipment and request to replenish when needed;
