Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering;
- At least 1-2 years of experience in construction related work especially in road maintenance.
- Computer literate ( Microsoft Office);
- Self-motivated, energetic, pro-active and possess the ability to work independently as well as able to work with others as a team;
- Have a valid driving license;
- Applicants must be Malaysian Citizen (Bumiputra);
- 1 position available.
Responsibilities:
i. Plan, monitor annual/monthly/weekly maintenance activities and ensure all works are carried out as plan and schedule ;
ii. Ensure proposal of treatment works of defects are submitted for approval and implemented in accordance with specifications, as schedule and within approved budget;
iii. Ensure, monitor all monthly progress reports, claims to client and claims from sub- contractors are submitted/received in good order, complete with supporting documents and on time submission;
iv. Any ad hoc matter or assignment from time to time.
