  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Summary

The Systems Engineer provides M365 technical support (in developing), analyzing and resolving incidents and service requests. Responsibilities include Major Incident, Problem, and Change Management, service and process improvements, customer engagement, onboarding/offboarding, reporting, and Windows OS/M365 applications support. Additionally, the role involves software/hardware installation, maintaining EUC technical documentation, and assisting in EUC-related projects, particularly for M365 products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise and guidance on the potential use of all M365 applications.
  • Deliver training for employees on using M365 applications articulating the technical capabilities in a non-technical manner.
  • Support customer for M365 related applications including Exchange Online, MS Teams,OneDrive, Defender, Intune/Autopilot, SharePoint Online and other M365 core services.
  • Performs troubleshooting as required. Leads problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and other support personnel and/or organizations and assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed.
  • Perform administration tasks (Azure Active Directory) including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, systems configuration, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain product and/or service documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Support Windows OS, desktop/laptop related software & hardware when needed.
  • Conduct hardware/software installations based on customer’s requirements and company specifications.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for End User Computing (EUC) related (*Including M365 related products) service problems as part of problem management.
  • Involve in the EUC related transition as and when required. Represent the workplace team to assist Transition Manager on the end-to-end transition for EUC.
  • Be the escalation point for the internal helpdesk system for M365 related issue.

Job Requirements

  • Open for Malaysian Citizen ONLY
  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/IT or any related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Microsoft 365 Technologies.
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune and Autopilot (*Including Packaging, Deployment, Reporting, Troubleshooting, Policy creation, MS Patching) is a MUST
  • Experience in supporting M365 (developer) user is a MUST
  • MS Azure related certification (MANDATORY)
  • Good in Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Power Automate will be an added advantage.
  • Possess knowledge in IT networking to troubleshoot computer 1st level networking problems
  • Possess IT skills in MS Windows, M365, desktop hardware and network environments
  • Ability to work non-deskbound and flexibility to travel to multiple sites as and when required

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
