Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Support (Customer Service) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing excellent customer service and the ability to address customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
  • Provide detailed product information, resolve complaints, and manage order modifications, cancellations, and returns.
  • Accurately process customer orders, coordinating with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain precise records of customer interactions, transactions, and updates in the company database; generate regular reports on service activities and trends.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and stay informed on new offerings and industry trends.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues, follow up to ensure resolution, and incorporate customer feedback to improve service processes.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to provide a seamless customer experience; participate in meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:

  • SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
  • Adaptable with a willingness to learn and grow.

Working Hours and Conditions:

  • Full-time position.
  • Working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon on alternate Saturdays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
