Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Support (Customer Service) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing excellent customer service and the ability to address customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
- Provide detailed product information, resolve complaints, and manage order modifications, cancellations, and returns.
- Accurately process customer orders, coordinating with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions, transactions, and updates in the company database; generate regular reports on service activities and trends.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and stay informed on new offerings and industry trends.
- Identify and escalate priority issues, follow up to ensure resolution, and incorporate customer feedback to improve service processes.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to provide a seamless customer experience; participate in meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
- SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking capabilities.
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
- Adaptable with a willingness to learn and grow.
Working Hours and Conditions:
- Full-time position.
- Working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon on alternate Saturdays.
