About the Role:
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with experience in digital marketing and traditional advertising to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online presence, creating and running advertisements, handling client leads, and working on brand-building activities. You will also handle inquiries, provide customer support, maintain client relationships, and follow up with potential buyers or tenants.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote real estate properties across digital and traditional channels.
Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring regular engagement and content updates.
Create, run, and optimize advertising campaigns (paid & organic) across social media, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
Handle client inquiries, provide support, and follow up with potential buyers and tenants.
Maintain relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and timely communication.
Work on brand-building activities to enhance the company’s reputation and visibility in the market.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and improve conversion rates.
Utilize traditional advertising methods such as print media, billboards, flyers, and offline events to boost brand awareness.
Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on marketing effectiveness.


Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate marketing or a related field.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and advertising tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).
Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media platforms for business marketing.
Experience in handling client leads, customer support, and follow-ups.
Knowledge of traditional marketing methods, including offline advertising and branding initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the sales team.
