  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations, including contractor activities and site progress.
  • Supervise and monitor civil and structural works on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of work.
  • Monitor the project timeline to ensure that construction milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Identify and address any discrepancies or defects in construction works.
  • Perform duty as Clerk of Work to verify the work progress.
  • Maintain accurate records, including progress reports, daily logs, and inspection reports.
  • Conduct regular inspections for all Civil & Structural related works.
  • Ensure that all construction activities adhere to legal regulations & contractual obligations.
  • Any other duties from time to time assigned by the Superior & the Management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in construction sites is required for this position.
  • Preferable experience in supervising at least 5 projects.
  • Exposure mechanical erection & experience in pile rigidity test would be added advantage.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
  • Able to read and understand Civil & Structural drawings.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Mahkota, Banting.
  • Contract Duration: This is a fixed-term position for two years.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
