  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Description

  • Providing technical support to internal users and external clients when required
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues as reported
  • Conduct user training
  • Ensuring new users of application have smooth onboarding process
  • Work closely with Solution Architect & Application Development team
  • Identify potential issues
  • Ensure solution and application support documentation is maintained with quality and accuracy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
  • Working knowledge of Java, MySQL database, Linux OS, Springboot Framework, and Microservices
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service and relationship management experience
  • Ability to explain complex ideas to user who has limited IT and system knowledge
  • Junior Software Engineer is encouraged to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
