As the Sales Manager at TXMR Sdn Bhd, you will be at the forefront of driving our service business growth in the automation sector. Your role involves engaging with clients across diverse industries to sell innovative engineering solutions, particularly focusing on smart machines, material handling equipment, and automation systems that seamlessly integrate into smart infrastructures. You will build strong relationships with both our internal teams and external partners to uncover sales opportunities, foster business development, and close deals while prioritizing customer satisfaction and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: You'll be crafting and implementing a dynamic sales strategy that aligns with our goals for growth in engineering solutions. By analyzing market trends and understanding customer needs, you'll identify exciting new business opportunities to pursue.
- Customer Engagement: Relationship-building is key! You'll connect with decision makers and stakeholders in target industries, gaining a deep understanding of their challenges and crafting customized solutions that highlight the unique value of TXMR’s offerings.
- Business Development & Lead Generation: Your proactive approach will help you identify and chase new leads in various market segments, including commercial and industrial sectors. By tapping into your existing networks, you'll seek out opportunities to cross sell and up sell our engineering services.
- Proposal Management & Negotiation: You’ll lead the charge in preparing and presenting proposals, bids, and contracts to potential clients. Your negotiation skills will shine as you craft favorable terms that ensure both profitability for TXMR and satisfaction for our customers.
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Teamwork is essential! You'll work hand-in-hand with the technical team to ensure we align our services with customer needs. You will also engage with project development, design and production teams to create a smooth and positive service experience for all clients.
- Market Insights & Reporting: Staying current with industry trends and technological advancements will be part of your routine. You’ll provide valuable insights and reports to senior leadership, showcasing key achievements, identifying opportunities, and flagging potential risks.
