Job Summary:
This role is responsible for managing and optimizing an organization's use of CRM systems to enhance customer satisfaction - both internal and external, streamline processes, and improve overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- HubSpot CRM Implementation: Lead the efficient implementation and management of the HubSpot CRM system, including setup, configuration, and integration with Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
- Contact Management: Manage and organise contact information within HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data.
- HubSpot Workflows and Automation: Develop and optimise workflows and automation within HubSpot to enhance process efficiency and task automation.
- User Training (HubSpot Academy): Offer tailored training and solutions to enhance user proficiency in HubSpot CRM features, leveraging HubSpot Academy resources.
- HubSpot Customisation: Customise HubSpot CRM to align with the organisation's specific needs, creating custom properties, deal stages, and reports.
- CRM Strategic Implementation: Provide strategic planning that can help improve other departments' day-to-day operations.
- HubSpot Features Introduction: Act as the main lead in exploring, understanding, and implementing new HubSpot features into the operations.
- Coordination between Management & Departments: Facilitate communication and collaboration between management and departments to ensure smooth CRM system integration and adoption.
- HubSpot System Management: Regulate HubSpot settings to ensure they are applied efficiently to operations.
- HubSpot Integrations: Collaborate with different departments to integrate HubSpot CRM with other HubSpot tools and external applications, ensuring a seamless flow of information.
- HubSpot Analytics and Reporting: Utilise HubSpot's reporting tools to generate insights on sales performance, customer interactions, and marketing effectiveness.
- HubSpot Support: Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshoot issues, and act as the primary point of contact for any HubSpot-related queries.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work and collaborate closely with other departments and projects as needed to ensure all tasks are delivered efficiently and effectively, enhancing overall productivity and project success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, tech, data, business analytics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of CRM implementation with customisation experience.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (primarily HubSpot), sales pipelines, and other sales tools and techniques.
- Ability to understand departmental pain points and provide effective solutions based on their needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Strong problem-solving skills to assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to server management and domains.
- An eagerness to learn and contribute to the implementation of new software solutions that align with project requirements.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and expectations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
