  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client is looking for visual merchandisers to join their talented team in Malaysia. Being a Visual Merchandiser is about inspiring and motivating people to achieve great results. Our client's Visual Merchandisers all have excellent leadership skills and a sharp eye for business. Propelled by an enhanced personal drive, they excel at coaching and inspiring others.

The Successful Applicant

  • Ensure you are up to date with current fashion trends so you can anticipate your customer’s needs; share, inspire and educate your store team on seasonal trend information.
  • Follow up on the company’s visual Identity through implementation of commercial handbooks and secure inspiring looks on mannequins as well as indoor garment presentation, relevant to customers.
  • Provide a pleasant shopping environment by maintaining concept layout, fixture and navigation in store.
  • Follow up on store KPIs and initiate action, through meaning collaboration, to reach goals and budgets.; adapt on planning and garment presentation as needed to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Ensure all visual materials, storage rooms and information are well cared for at all times.

Role Requirements

  • A fashion or design related degree would be beneficial
  • Track record in delivering great sales, profit, customer experience and built great teams.
  • Leadership experience with a high level of trust and integrity, clear vision, goals and result driven with a deep interest in developing people.
  • Inspiring and excellent communicator with strong feedback culture, straightforward and open mindedness.

Salary Package:

  • Basic Salary: RM2,500

Allowances:

  • Up to RM200 (based on Commitment & Attendance)
  • Salary: Up to RM 2,700 per month (including allowances)

Working Days:

  • 5.5 working days

Office Hours:

  • 10AM – 10PM : Shift pattern within this time frame
