ROLE: Customer Service
Location
- Menara Dana, Petaling Jaya (accessible by LRT Ara Damansara Station -10mins walking)
- FREE shuttle service transport from LRT station to Office based on selected schedule
JOB SCOPE:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to airline services.
- Assist with flight bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Provide accurate information on flight details, baggage policies, and special requests.
- Address customer complaints and provide effective resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with company and airline policies.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on pending issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong communication in Mandarin/Cantonese/English must be fluent in speaking, writing and reading.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call center - Full Training Provided
SALARY PACKAGE:
- Mandarin & English: RM3,500
- Mandarin & Cantonese : RM4,000
- KPI allowance: Up to RM300
- Night Shift allowance : Up to RM200
WORKING HOURS:
- 24/7 rotational shift
- 9.5 hours working a day (1 hour break & 30 minutes short break)
- 5 working days with 2 days off (depending on scheduled shifts)
JOB TYPE:
- Contract (24 months)
- Intake Date : 25th March 2025
TRAINING SHIFTS:
- 7am-3pm / 3.30pm-11.30pm
