Job Description

As a Site Supervisor at Genting Highland, you will be part of our dynamic technical team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all technical equipment within the casino premises. This role is perfect for individuals who have a keen interest in technology and are eager to learn and develop their skills in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform Routine Inspections: Conduct routine inspections of technical equipment to identify any potential issues or malfunctions. Report findings to senior technicians and assist in implementing appropriate solutions.

2. Repairs and Maintenance: Repairing and maintaining technical equipment as required. This may involve troubleshooting issues, replacing faulty components, and conducting preventative maintenance tasks.

3. Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all technical equipment meets regulatory requirements and industry standards. Assist in conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

4. Provide Technical Support: Provide casino staff and customers with technical queries and issues as required. Provide prompt and effective technical support to minimize downtime and disruption to operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical

- Basic understanding of technical principles and concepts.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Able to work in a casino environment to maintain all equipment and services.

- Required 3 years experience in a technical or customer service role is preferred
