  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be willing to undergo industrial training in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.
  • Based in logistics departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with Inventory Management: Help track, organize, and manage inventory, ensuring records are accurate and updated regularly.
  • Support Order Processing: Work with the team to fulfill orders, coordinate with suppliers and customers, and assist with documentation.
  • Data Entry and Analysis: Enter logistics data into software systems, analyze trends, and prepare reports on stock levels, demand, and logistics costs.
  • Document Handling: Prepare, file, and organize shipping, delivery, and compliance documents.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work cross-functionally with warehouse, procurement, and sales departments to ensure smooth supply chain processes.
  • Contribute to Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, or enhance service levels and share ideas with the team.
  • Support Special Projects: Participate in ad-hoc projects or seasonal initiatives that align with the logistics strategy.
  • To assist in supervisor's daily tasks.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM600.00 - RM700.00 per month
